Museda terms of use
Last updated: October 11, 2026.
Museda is a private personal AI that its owner runs in their own cloud account and shares by invitation only. By using it you accept these terms; if you don't agree, don't use it.
Your account
- You sign in with “Sign in with Apple” using an invitation code. The account is personal: don't share it or pass your code on to others.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account and for protecting access to your iPhone (and your Telegram, if you use it with Museda).
Acceptable use
Use it for your personal matters and lawfully. You may not:
- Use it for illegal activities, to harass, deceive or harm other people, or to send spam.
- Try to access other users' data, the infrastructure or the service's credentials.
- Get around the usage limits or automate it to load the service beyond normal personal use.
What the AI does
- Responses are generated by a language model (Claude, by Anthropic, or the one you choose in Settings, such as GLM, by Z.ai) and may contain mistakes. Review them before making important decisions: they are not medical, legal or financial advice.
- Actions that leave Museda (sending an email, creating an event, uploading a file) only happen with your approval and are your responsibility.
Connected services
If you connect Google, Outlook or other services, you remain subject to their own terms. Museda only uses them for what you ask, as explained in the privacy notice, and you can disconnect them whenever you want.
Your content
What you write, the files you send and what Museda keeps for you remain yours. They are only used to provide you the service.
Public links
If you share an artifact, anyone with the link can see it (and, if it's live, its up-to-date data). You decide what you publish: don't share other people's data without their permission. You can turn the link off at any time.
Availability and limits
Museda is free for invited users, is in a testing phase and has daily usage caps. It may fail, change or stop being available without notice. It is provided “as is”, without warranties, and to the extent permitted by law the owner is not liable for damages arising from its use.
Termination
You can stop using it whenever you want and ask the owner to delete your account and your data. The owner may suspend or close an account that doesn't comply with these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, this page and its date are updated. If you keep using Museda afterwards, you accept the new version. For any questions, write to the person who invited you. This is a translation; if there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
